400 Plus Stakeholders Attend 2022 Texas811 Damage Prevention Summit
  Chris Stovall, President of Texas811 welcomes everyone to the 2022 Texas811 Damage Prevention Summit
 New sponsors and exhibitors greeted the more than 400 attendees from October 5th – 7th at the Embassy Suites in Denton. “Now this is starting to feel like the old days of the Summit,” Bob Nighswonger, President of Utility Training Academy.
For those who are accustomed to attending this Texas811 training camp, you know the first day is always
about education through workshops. Workshops include Competent Person, Utility Locator training and Damage Investigation training. These specific opportunities are made available as a result of feedback from attendees. Thursday was the first full day of educational sessions and attendees were welcomed by Chris Stovall, President
of Texas811, who then introduced our opening session and keynote speaker. Robert “Cujo” Teschner is a retired, multiple award-winning United States Air Force fighter pilot. He was the
125th F-15C Instructor at the Air Force Weapons School – the Air Force “TOP GUN” Program. He commanded the
7th Fighter Squadron “Screamin’ Demons,” one of America’s only front-
