e are rebranding our Member Services Managers to the more inclusive title of Stakeholder Support Managers. The name
change underscores our commitment to fostering meaningful connections with everyone in our community.
Our Stakeholder Support Team will provide the same exceptional services our members have come to expect with a renewed focus on understanding and addressing the needs of all stakeholders
– members, excavators, locators, partners, and collaborators.
What does this mean for you? Our Stakeholder Support Team will ...
• Actively find solutions for all stakeholders to ensure we continue to reduce damages across the industry.
• Provide support, answer questions and address concerns that will improve the end-user experience.
We look forward to working closely with our stakeholders and supporting the damage prevention industry in Texas.
