All-American Pipeline Awarded Top Honor
The pinnacle of recognition for an individual’s outstanding contribution to the success of meeting our educational mission is the Damage Prevention Council of Texas’ top honor, the Andy Hoel Excellence in Damage Prevention award. The 2019 Board of Directors created this legacy award in honor of the late Andy Hoel, a man of great character who was always quick to offer a helping hand and treated everyone as a friend. Andy wasn’t shy about sharing his passion for damage prevention and pipeline safety and was influential in how DPC chapters conduct outreach in rural Texas. The 2021 recipient of the Andy Hoel Excellence
in Damage Prevention is Brandon Sternadel, Plains All-American Pipeline. Congratulations Brandon!
