The promotion of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) is to ensure streamlined operations and efficient execution of the company’s day-to-day activities to meet the growing demands and maintain excellent service quality.
In addition, the promotion of a Chief People Officer (CPO) reflects Texas811’s commitment to its most valuable asset— you. As we expand our services and operations, nurturing
a strong and engaged workforce becomes crucial. The CPO will lead initiatives focused on talent acquisition, employee development, and fostering a positive company culture, ensuring that Texas811 continues to attract, retain, and empower top talent.
Furthermore, the promotion of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) underscores the importance of sound financial management in supporting our growth and expansion efforts. The CFO will provide strategic financial guidance, optimize financial performance, and strengthen financial systems and processes to sustain Texas811’s success.
Lastly, the promotion of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) signifies Texas811’s commitment to leveraging technology for innovation and operational efficiency.
The CTO will drive the company’s technological advancements, ensuring the seamless integration of digital solutions to improve internal processes and enhance the customer experience.

Jill first joined Texas811 in 2001 as a Damage Prevention Agent. She’s held various positions and became the Accounting Manager in 2009, where
she oversaw the company’s financial accounts. In 2017, she was promoted to the Director of Accounting and Finance.
Her expertise in financial forecasting and strategic recommendations has enabled her to provide valuable insights, transparency, and accuracy of current and future initiatives within the organization.
Having successfully managed company accounts since 2009 Jill’s expertise underscores the importance of sound fiscal management in supporting
the growth and expansion efforts of Texas811.
In addition to her professional achievements, Jill has a passion for
oil painting and sketching. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, often traveling across the United States to visit family.
Beyond her career, Jill has made valuable contributions as the Swimming Director for the Dwarf Athletic Association of America, and she has earned silver medals at prestigious international competitions, including the 1996 Paralympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia, and the 1994 Para Swimming World Championships in the Republic of Malta. Jill is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Master of Arts in Finance.
